Today we will be introducing a new service on our phone line which enables patients to check the date and time of their upcoming appointments, and to cancel the appointment if they wish – this is an automated service which is available 24 hours a day.
This system checks the telephone number that you are calling from and the date of birth you provide against the details that we hold on the system for you. If these details do not match what we hold then the automated service cannot trace your records and you are diverted back into the normal call flow.
