Accessibility Information

We aim to make all our services as accessible as possible for every patient.

Please note that while Wychbury Medical Centre and Cradley Road Medical Practice have disabled parking spaces and accessible toilet facilities, our branch site, Chapel House Surgery, currently does not have these facilities on-site.

If you require accessible parking or toilet facilities, please let our reception team know when booking your appointment. We will be happy to arrange your appointment at one of our fully accessible sites.

Our team is committed to supporting patients with accessibility needs — please contact us if you would like to discuss any specific requirements or need assistance when visiting any of our sites.

Accessible Information – Making Sure You Can Communicate With Us

At Wychbury Medical Group, we want to make sure that you can access information and communicate with us in a way that meets your needs.

This is part of the Accessible Information Standard, which all NHS organisations must follow.

How We Can Help

Please tell us if you

  • Need information in a different format (for example, large print, braille, or easy read)
  • Would like us to contact you in a certain way (for example, by email instead of letter)
  • Need a translator or interpreter for appointments
  • Use British Sign Language (BSL)
  • Need help because you are deaf, blind, or have a sensory loss

We record this information safely in your medical record so our team knows how to support you every time you contact us.

What We Can Provide

  • Translators and interpreters for spoken languages and sign language
  • Information in accessible formats (large print, braille, easy read, or email)
  • A mobile hearing loop available at all our sites
  • Extra time for appointments if you need help understanding or communicating

Our Staff

All our staff are trained to  make sure you get the support you need. We aim to remove barriers so you can access our care safely and confidently.
