Appointment Details

stethHandsEach doctor has his or her own consulting times, but the surgery is open between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday - Friday. We allow patients to book appointments up to four weeks in advance. Please specify to the receptionist whether your appointment is urgent or routine so it can be dealt with appropriately.

Patients requiring urgent treatment will be seen on the day, but it may not be with your preferred doctor. (Please see the 'Urgent Appointments' tab for further information). Chapel house patients may be asked to go to one of our other branches to be seen.

Known issue with Patient Access Appointment booking:

Patient Access support are aware that there is an issue when selecting "Any Branch" when trying to book appointments, the web page will crash and force the user to restart the log-in process.

Please choose the branch you would rather be seen at when selecting appointments and you should be able to select an appointment without issue.

Please be aware that this issue does not seem to be affecting the Patient Access App.

This will hopefully be resolved in due course.

Kind Regards - Wychbury Medical Group
